Open level reformer

Our Open Level Reformer class is suited to most people, from beginners through to advanced that already have a basic level of activity in their lives (think can do gardening, a fast paced walk, and some body weight squats).  It works by starting with the simplest version of a movement, then offering optional, increased levels of challenge and complexity so that each individual can choose the version of the exercise that suits them best. 

This is a full body, 50 minute workout that utilises a mix of classical repertoire and modern Pilates movements. It provides a range of dynamic movements designed to be fun, challenging, and to get the endorphins flowing, leaving you feeling fitter and stronger.

Foundation Reformer

Foundation Reformer (Previously called Gentle Reformer) is suited to those new to exercise or who enjoy a slower class pace. It offers less complexity in movements than our open level class, and has a high level of repetition between classes to help you build confidence and see results.

This 50 minute class focuses on balance, strength and stretch. It is a great way to familiarise yourself with the machine and is supportive to those with joint replacements. No kneeling takes place in this class.
