8. Media and Photography

8.1 Purposeful Photoshoots (Media Release Form)

Wildling Studio may occasionally run purposeful, planned photoshoots for promotional or brand purposes.

If you volunteer to participate in one of these shoots, you will be asked to sign our Media Release and Consent Form, which grants permission for Wildling Studio to use the images or video captured during that photoshoot on an ongoing basis. The terms and conditions of use in this instance are outlined as per the Media Release Form.

In these cases, this Privacy Policy also applies to how your media is stored, used, and protected.

8.2 Everyday Studio Photography

We may capture everyday, non-identifiable photos within the studio (for example, silhouettes, hands, equipment, back of head, or general ambience) for promotional use.

These images will never include identifiable features unless consent has been obtained.

8.3 Identifiable Images (Consent Required)

We will only use identifiable images of you (such as your face, body, or any feature that clearly identifies you) when:

  • You have provided verbal or written consent, and

  • You understand how the image may be used.

You are able to withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@wildlingstudio.co.nz, and your photograph will be removed.

9. Children and Young People

Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian provide consent for participation and for any collection of personal information.
